So, yesterday I headed to the grocery store. A good friend of mine works there, and, naturally, I complained to him that my watermelons and Kool-Aid were contaminated and I should get free groceries for a year (trollface). However, I noticed a shady man around the Salvation Army bucket, and, contrary to what I expected completely, he just stole it right in front of us. My friend and I chased him, except my friend got to him first, tackled him down onto the pavement, and police showed up in minutes.

Fuck yeah.

Wtf, I am downloading a movie at 3.7MB per second and Comcast doesn't seem to care.
Either my service package is awesome and I didn't realize this or they don't care about such limits at 3am

I think I will once my orders arrive. I'm just testing out some of the circuits that will be used in it. (part of the battery charging circuit)

I got the idea to make a tone generator for my Xbox Live headset. And not one to make monotone music.
Rather one that produces a deafening high volume tone. Something I can send off as a "gift" to those who send me hateful butthurt messages.

....or when I just want to annoy my team.

In the process I learned that the Microsoft brand wireless controller (or software codec of the console) will pickup a maximum frequency of about 3.7kHz.
That is the reason that music sounds like shit over the Xbox Live microphone. That and the very low bitrate that the sound is captured with.

I decided to settle with a 1.75kHz tone as it has the best balance of hearing sensitivity vs. deafening annoyance.

I'm finally getting new glasses. The lenses in the one I have now appear to be splitting in half... The edges have this faint yellow tint to them and in that area the lenses don't get dark when I'm in sunlight.
