Yeah you should be able to FEEL your muscle swell up after you've done about 15-20 reps on each arm for a couple of sets. Also your arms shouldn't be crazy sore like they were the first time you lifted or after you restarted lifting after taking a break. The soreness you get when your muscle are conditioned for lifting is more like a slight pulling where you can feel the tears in your muscles.

This morning when I was driving to work, a middle aged women stepped out of her integra, looked at me driving mine and gave me thumbs up. :XD:

Lost my job because I called in sick for one day. Fucking lovely. Literally 15 minutes after calling in the phone calls and my boss says I've missed too many days and they're letting me go. (I'd basically told them when they hired me that I had plans already booked for some of that month and I'd be missing a few days (5 in total) but they knew about that before they hired me, so in my mind this boils down to the single day missed because of a bitching spring cold.

Call labor board, and file a case of wrongful termination, they will give you your job back imediatly, cause they wont want the investigation that will persue.
In the end its cheaper for them to keep you around till they can legitimatly get rid of you, or make you want to quit.

My goodness I forgot how much joy I receive from writing. I love when I get into that mode where my ideas just flow perfectly onto paper.

"THERE WAS A FIREFIGHT!" Amazing.

Also, Humans Vs. Zombies starting up for (Un)dead week, for finals. I am so pumped. The looks you get sprinting across campus with a nerf gun in one hand, waving at onlookers with the other, as a horde of 7/8 people chase you are the most hilarious thing ever.

O and that's a German Shepard mixed with a Labrador. What's funny is she's barely over a year old and ways 80 pounds.
