Threw a toilet off the 10th story roof of a mental hospital yesterday.

Re: The Official Happiness Thread
I hate long stories. Me and some friends went on an adventure to this abandon mental hospital in our town. Made it to the 10th story roof of the main building. I kicked a toilet off the wall and a friend and I put it on the roof ledge. Then we proceeded to toss it off the roof, and when it hit the ground I almost shat bricks from such a cool explosion. It instantly shattered into a million pieces. I have a video but idk if I will be able to retrieve it, but if not I'm going back soon I'll just toss another one.

I will have a full length video tour as well as a couple hundred pics of the place and buildings soon. I may also have a map and blue prints, not sure yet. I've been planning the next trip for about a week and we are just waiting to pic a day to go back.

Re: The Official Happiness Thread
[slight rant] My wife's laptop HDD crashed. It was a western digital (scorpio 250gb), the only brand I really trust(ed) [/rant]
Her [DELL] laptop has seemed to have issues since day one. I removed McaFee just after she got it & it seemed way better (assumed it was because of Vista 32-bit). Finally about a week ago it gave numerous file errors & SMART failed instantly. I grabbed my old xbox 360 20gb HDD, tossed it in and loaded Linux Mint 13 on it for the past week; she could facebook and all that stuff girls do, so she was moderately happy.
I have always trusted WD so I just bought a Scorpio blue 500gb and loaded Windows 7 64-bit on. All seems well now. My happiness is that her laptop seems to finally work properly now (since it never had before), but time will tell.
Also, now I have a 64-bit test system

I've had a WD drive that failed me, and a Seagate that has not... thus far Seagate is winning.

I had a fujitsu fail me and about 8 Maxtor drives (and now one WD, but I think that was from factory)JacksonCougar wrote:I've had a WD drive that failed me, and a Seagate that has not... thus far Seagate is winning.
Therefore Maxtor doesn't even compete.
..and for those who love Maxtor (if any), my dad bought a machine a few years back and I gave them one more chance. It died in 3-4 days.
Last chance.

I've had dozens of Maxtor and WD drives fail me. I have yet to have a seagate fail me and I still have xbox 1 12gb seagate drives that I use to this day.

I went to my cousin's house yesterday to shoot of some fireworks. I invited my other cousin on my grandfather's side over and she had a blast. Everyone kept calling me rocket man because I had a huge box filled with rockets. I maybe used a quarter of them and I was lighting them off nonstop.
I've had 1 WD fail on me in the past, but it was a 8+ years old 40GB. Other then that *crosses fingers* I haven't had a drive fail.
