Yeah its a quite special game, some people love it some people hate it, but it has a real story and moral to tell, unline many games.
Oh yeah forgot to extract the hands heh xD

The hands are separate models?

Yes, the head too, stuff like hair or tails, or clothing aswell since these are "animatied/simulated" well just by a few more bones.

Also there are different head models for facial expression on some characters, like angry, smiling, very basic, and the texture has 3 different faces expression.

As for the hands there are 3 models for each hand, closed fist, open hand, and "widlely open" I don't know what would be the proper expression in english for this xD. I don't know if its morphing from one to another or just switching, there also is a model for the hand with the spray can.
