Goals

Well Doorm4n is quite the pep talker So let's here your guys's goals! doesn't matter what they are, how far off they are, or if they're far fetched. Maybe they are just something you may want to set as a goal, post it!
For now, this is my; (which will grow, but I start with this)

Long term goal:
1. Create one of the greatest medieval/fantasy games of all time.

Mid term goal:


Short term goal:
1. Win my next baseball game (Tuesday) success!

Here is my list:

• Sky dive at age 21
• Skysurf soon after!
• Coast to coast road trip with friends
• Do an “indy” on a half pipe or quarter pipe
• Be a voiceover artist
• Be on a talk radio broadcast
• Master the art of turntabling
• Master the art of surfing
• Vacation in Hawaii and surf the waves
• Hang Ten on a Surfboard
• Live near coastal waters
• Travel often, see the world, and earn the right to do so (financially)…
• Master the art of guitar playing
• Start a small Hawaiian-esque band
• Live in a “young” city
• Own a Motorcycle
• Pull off my secret biker character while owning bike (can’t give out details haha)
• Road trip with friends on Motorcycle (pure meandering)
• Become a daily cyclist
• Open a bar with live music
• Open a highly successful club
• Open a coffee shop for teens to hang out
• Write a book to help show people that there are ways to be what you want to be and do what you want to do

Graduate in December
Go to Graceland University during Winter and Spring Term
Go to UT of Austin for Fall of 2009
Major in Political Science: Government
Become Mayor of a city next to a beach
Live on a beach with my current girlfriend. Be very successful with my mayoral career and surf on my days off.
I want to soak up all the joys of life.

Well, i guess i might as well list some for myself...

+ Learn how to use Autodesk Maya, Pro E, 3ds Max, Uni-Graphics, and Solidworks.
+ Design a full website from scratch.
+ Get married and have 4 children. (we already have full names figured out)
+ Get my associates in CADD. Maybe a bachelors.
+ Move out of state (Michigan)
+ Finish Halo Strike.

Well we won tuesday and thursday's games. All by one. Actually I think we have won all our games by one point.

I know this is a big bump but I think this thread is needed.

Goals:
Show someone that there is never a reason to give up and stay with them forever.
Don't look back for once.
Ride every coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure.
Create a fully functional portable laser show (using a mini ITX setup with windows XP through a parallel port).
Drive through Trenton with "shorty wanna be a thug" blasting with my gf while driving slowly.
Own a DeLorean.
Build some getto civic that I made in NFS underground.
Go sky diving.
Learn to fly.
Feel the recoil of a Barrett.
Grow weed (not to sell or use, I just want to grow it).
Get the caveman's signature (the guy from the gieco commercials).
Know that tomorrow is not an option and that today is where you start, and actually do it.
Never save anything for last, just do it as you think of it.

There are plenty more but I need to think of them without just throwing random things out there.

[WEB SITE]Gary's Project Page < Became useless, so I deleted it
[tag]Destructible/Drivable Pelican < DS never got collision and I was waiting for that, though he is not to blame.
[tag]Destructible/Playable Monitor < Got it to explode and it looked pretty good, but never got him to turn and the project died.
[H2MM] "Last Man Standing" < Lost Interest

The only projects here I would get done is the ADT(auto gun) and maybe the Destructible/Drivable Pelican.

Gary I think you should put up a new site, I actually liked looking through the few projects you had posted. Maybe I should do the same as well, it may help keep me more focused on them instead of forgetting them.
