similar to halomods, could there possibly be skin and mod contests here? it would be fun once more people joined

I like the idea of a skinning comp; I could take care of that...

Once I get paypal up I can even offer cash prizes

Small amounts of course, but probably more then a cup of coffee :p

Anywho this is a big fat yes from me; more input of course is needed

I'd prefer for more modders than just the current active members to be involved, but I do like the idea.

Yay for mod/skin contest but without the "competition" ambience, more a friendly contest, i don't care about prizes, what would be really cool is to see a lot of new mods, and i am pretty sure that creating contest will bring new modders

We should also make different ratings, for skin, for effects, for best mach mod, best weap mod, etc

People would get less discouraged to participate to next contest and it's much more enjoyable to rate like that.

I'm looking forward to seeing how things will be organized...And that I don't have to do it

(Hurray for lack of responsibility here!).

But since we're all modders here and not infested with idiots (at least I'd like to think that), I'd say the comp should just be one general comp...It streamlines it and we should all be able to figure out which one would be considered the best of the lot. Rather than having 10 different catagorical (patent pending on that word) comps and 1 or 2 entries for each.
