was testing a rubber tire texture I made, looks ok for a 10 minute photoshop image.

the crappy rim texture took about a minute to paint, bump and save.

So, how long does it take you load 3ds max? For me it seems like 3ds max loads faster then halomods.

about 5 to 12 seconds the most was 3 minutes cuz i had Photoshop CS3, 5 Firefox windows (IDK how it got set to open a link in new window) , a iPod Movie Maker running, and H2Core decompiling a multiplayer map! lol

Not me, I just got used to using "brushes" to create my maps, it's sorta like modeling...

I would think Dark would be the first, also, on a side note, Dark seems more mature(I remember he used to start many fights for no good reason).

I would guess you make a model and he somehow injects that model, but I don't have any information on what he's suggesting. I just figured that when he said you wouldn't need model, coll, and phmo, that he meant bsp.

Ah, but didn't you mod H2V?

Also, I have used Hammer(Source Engine) and GtkRadiant (Multiple Engines; Id Tech 4)
