Does anyone have a hlmt plugin with a field labeled Shield Recharge Rate? I know I have changed it in the past, but my hlmt plugin only has a field called recharge time, which does not seem related. It's for the regular shields, not the over shield.

Edit: Found it on an old hard drive. Nvm.
