The Name

Project Ceiling Cat was a name thought of by JacksonCougar during development ideas. As of now, it is not the official release name. As of now, the release product's name has not been decided.

The Purpose

Creating a program that is... perfect. Proper cloning, lack of bitmap corruption, creating a custom map, tag creation, custom BSPs possibly. Our goal is to include as much advancements in Halo 2 Modding as is possible. It will not be easy.
We also would like to share our advancements. For instance, when we make an operational method, we will release it to the public immediately, rather than waiting until the final project is complete.
Grimdoomer wrote:Our goal is to achieve the unachieved, to do the impossible, to go where no modder has gone before. Nothing is impossible, you just haven't figured out how to do it yet.
The Requirements

As of now, to be fully included within the group, you must possess a skill that will allow you to contribute. One quality that is desired is coding ability.
Other things include...
- Project Leader skills. Leadership, or motivation, for example.
- Coding skills.
- Writing Updates for the progression of the application.
- General knowledge of how the Halo maps work
- If you cant program you must be able to research intensely the required fields for this application; Tag research.

Concerns

We're trying to do something that extremely good programmers are already trying to do with prometheus. It's taken them... how long? My point is, this will be a long project.
Then comes in the issue of dedication. How important is this project to the members involved? How important will it be in a few months?
Team size. There are many members who could contribute, but handling a large team is never easy, and would be something we'd like to avoid.
Whether to keep this project initially public or private. The code, the builds, all that stuff.

I prefer that this post not be edited without my consent.

I wanted to contribute something to the project that was relatively simple(I'm still working on learning to code), but slightly significant.

Ah well, I'll think of something.

Made some good progress, I finished most of my TagLayout, so now I can just use classes for each tag representing its meta, and read them just like plugins :D

Or make all the textboxes on he left so name length doesnt matter, maybe make the textboxes a little smaller too.

I meant put the text box's auto size to false then Size it statically then it will look cleaner can keep the text box's the same size also.
