List of maps, preferably 3 or less, but whatever you wish: How about one or two people each week need to have a mod designed for CTF and KOTH. Make balanced gameplay optional.

I, in all likelihood, will be unable to attend. However, assuming anyone cares about my opinion, I'll vote.

(HaloMods + Remnant + whatever). There's no point in discrimination. If anyone from HaloMods wants to come, they can just make a username here and count it as someone from Remnant joining. In addition, excluding HaloMods wouldn't serve to benefit relations. The more the merrier, eh?
