I wish I could find an ISP in my area that could give 30mbps down and up for $50 or less a month.

How? Does he have a shitty router or what? That's a low ping and a great connection...

I'm almost twice as fast as the ISP average... That's rather pathetic if 21 MB/s is considered very fast.

Sometimes the lag is caused by engine limitations, are you running custom maps?

It's his router, it won't bring up the login page for it so he can't add his PC's IP to the DMZ.

Are EVGA, XFX, and ZOTAC the same company or do they just buy their stuff from the same place and slap a sticker on it?

At the moment I'm running Windows 7 Build 7264 32bit with 4gig Ram

Would I be able to get more out of my system by running 64bit?

I don't really know too much about all this.

Nah, your fine. As long as windows detects the 4 gigs you have, 32bit will work fine.

You can use more of your ram with 64bit

My system gets so unstable if I put 4GB of ram in my system with 32bit windows.

CM if your system has 4 slots for ram I would say the lowest maximum amount of RAM your system can handle would be 8GB, If it only has 2 slots then it may only be able to handle 4GB.

When I got my computer, I ordered two 1GB RAM chips, with one installed the computer ran fine, with two... it does not start up what so ever, the fans even stay at a low speed, nothing on the screen ether, so does the BIOS have a problem with this type of ram or is there a way to fix it?

What type of ram does your system use? Also did you try swapping the ram chips to see if one is just bad?
