Its made out of 7 separate image rotators.

Edit: Just finished the script to compile them into one image, so 7 rotators aren't needed.

Is an alright website, however they did not have what I required to make my rotator work properly. If you can try to get a server of your own, or access to one and make your own rotator: there are php scripts on the internet.
