I can do everything except AI. It takes way too long and ends up freezing.

That scepter skin was done in-game: pure shader edits.

We're the new generation. It was the old generation that inspired me to become what I am today anyways. There are many hidden talents floating around, but they seem to lack the motivation, or interest to come back to modding halo 2. Too bad really, perhaps some hope on the horizon might bring things around.
