Not necessarily. If he's been doing everything by himself so far, it seems plausible that minimum staff could do the same job.
But Iron_Forge may have other ideas, though he doesn't seem too focused on the situation in general.

I think it'll be interesting. Staff always appear to convey that, "this is the official word" feeling, when they post. It'd be interesting to see the effect that new staff would have on the board.
