Future Goals in Life?

Post by DoorM4n »

Howdy,
This is just a thread to see what kind of life goals people have around here. To hebetate, post anything and every life goal you might have or want to accomplish in your lifetime. (hebetate? is that a legitimate word) hahaha :P

Here are a few

1.) Go on a coast to coast road trip with friends or girlfriend
2.) Learn to play the guitar
3.) Go skydiving on my 21st birthday

What are a few of your life goals?

Graduating High School with more than 'getting by' grades. I slacked off a lot 6-9th, and some of 10th grade. I'm going to make up for that. So far I'm doing awesomely, getting a's and b's with 1 occasional c. I'm pretty happy with myself.
After High School, I want to move out of my house and start my life with a decent job, nothing huge. Then just figure out what I want to do with myself. Maybe a year later, I want to start with college. Once I finish with that, I'm moving out of this state and moving out to maybe Alaska or Washington.
From there, I haven't planned out everything else, just get a place to live and a decent job.
I haven't figured out for sure what I want to go into in college, either. I have thought about it, though.. A lot.

Work for Bungie.

XD

Really, my life is up in the air. Not sure what my goals are.
As well, getting something into "Outstanding Mods" would be cool.

If I had any experience with programming, I would totally help with that.

Modding is usually done to do something in/to a game that you normally wouldn't be able to do.
So the 'console game' modding scene would in theory die if games came to have such customizable qualities.

+ games that would have such customization would take several times longer to develope the game and be excessively expensive, making the final product being much more expensive than other games...that or they would just plain suck and not sell.

And if you can already do everything you wanted to the game without using some form of design skill, there would be no modding community for game modding, no people searching for knowledge on how to do it and much fewer future game developers that emerge from from such a community.

-Want to climb several of the worlds toughest mountains with my bike :D , and also would love to go to Scandinavia and discover it's natural beauties!
-Get a nice crazy new girlfriend! :P
-Skydiving is also one of those things I'd love to do sometime.

Here is another goal...
Become president of the United States... Make myself more than just another brick in the wall...
Think I am kidding around? I am extremely interested in political science.

Here is one of my philosophies that has been rumbling around for some time now...

Don't be another brick in the wall; be the statue ontop of the wall.
