Remnantmods

Hey guys. I think my computer got infected by Win32/Conficker.B worm. Here is a link to information about the worm.

This is happening to me. I know my older brother has anti-virus and everything else to protect them, but my mom's computer doesn't and I don't want the worm to infect her too. This probably was caused by borrowing my friends flash drive. I need a fix. I searched, but found nothing to help. All Microsoft security files cannot be loaded.

Any help will be appreciated.

I assume you want help on how to get rid of the worm/what security you should download?

Spybot, Search and Destroy.
AVG.
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
Avast.

That's what I got all runnin'. Works awesome.

If you know what it is, find it and use notepad.

That's what they do.

Especially Spybot.

Spybot is annoying...

Spybot > you.

Hence, why it gives me no trouble.

Get Kasperksy, set it up, and you won't have to worry about viruses ever again.

He tried it, it didn't detect it. I would try Vipre Anti-virus from sunbelt, download the trial.
