Requesting For Help On Emblem

Hi everyone you might have seen in the contests forum i have started a skinning contest and the winner might be getting an emblem when they win so i need help to make one the only thing that i really want is R73 on the emblem you can make the rest of it however you want thanks.

not to mention the contest was my idea first. i thought i needed approval to do it though ... but here is Razor with a contest, wth? that should be my contest ...
