[Help - VB 2008] Showing the taskbar in a maximized window

I created an application that has a pretty sweet custom theme. the apps theme runs perfectly fine (for the most part.) Proper window dragging, custom button images, etc. Well there Are 2 problems.
1. If you set the application's "Form Boarder Style" to "None," It will make it so when the program is maximized it will show over Windows' task bar.
2. I tried to search for a way to re size the window but I can't seem to find any info on that too...
Any help will be appreciated.
