Idea for the site

Hey I like this site In fact more than HM because it has an eternal and it doesn't have a tural as staff
what I think would be great is if we could implement a shout box on the site so people can get help with there mods from anyone who is on and wishes to help, and then if the help given is obvious standard stuff a member of staff could take the conversation edit it down to the help and post it as a tutorial, tuts should leave no unanswered questions but they rarely do If tuts where made this way most angles would be covered and then if the 1337 helper or double o Zero noob could add anything to it the perhaps they already knew or things they learnt along the way
