I'll try what you said, Penguin and see if it will work. If it doesn't, I don't think I will be able to participate. :(

Which setup do you have and can you post a screencap of your Xlink Configure Window?

I got it to work after some advanced changes to my network setup. But it seems to be really laggy for some reason... Anyway, my brother and I are in now. :)

How do the maps work? Do I download them and rename them to an existing map so they will be playable? :|

Do I replace the new maps in the TDATA folder or use Snave's mainmenu patch to add them to the mainmenu?

Can someone hit me up when this starts? Also I need someone to help me make sure my Xlink is working.

only the host needs the patched mainmenu, everyone else can just put the maps in their halo2 folder or if the host is using the tdata folder then everyone just puts the maps there. But do we need to rename them or no?

nvm the renaming...

Guys download the maps. You can figure it out from there. They're already resigned if anyone didn't catch that earlier.

Fercho, done.
Grimdoomer, 1 hour and 40 minutes left til it starts.
Xzodia, You mean start in 40 minutes? Ehh, I can put the server up but I won't be there til 7 and probably neither will half the people, but I'll do it in case anyone else wants to play too. It'll be up in 40 minutes.

I have to take a shower and eat dinner first. (I've been dog-sitting)

An hour and 30 minutes is when it will officially start. Do you still want a pre-game server up sooner though? I had forgotten you were in Europe. Or is that only Neodos?

I don't have a pc mic, but I just got my old xbox mic back today. I guess there will have to be some translation going on. Who wants to wear two headsets?

[Notice] One hour until Gamer's Night begins.

To connect to the Teamspeak server, click on "Connection", right click the list "Add Server", then fill in the info on the right,

Name: this can be what ever you like
Server Address: 62.105.76.28:5001
Choose Anonymous
Check Auto Reconnect
Then click connect.

So apparently I need to set up a static ip to use Xlink Kia, which I'm not doing. Wierd since I used Kia fine in the past. So I won't be able to play.
