Fixed (hopefully) scnr plugin
I started to notice errors in the scnr plugin when I was trying to convert it to my CS plugin system, so I went through and fixed all the errors that I could find. I removed all undefined and set them as floats because neodos said they mess up chunk cloning a while back. Also, I'm not exactly sure on the netgame equipment reflexive, the way it was it was using enum16's and upping the offset by 4, so i corrected the offsets, and then did the rest off of an older scnr plugin that I had. It's not guaranteed to be right for meta editing, but hopefully this plugin won't be causing errors with the chunk cloner, hopefully if you get errors it will be the fault of entity.
