[App] FTP Pro v2.2 - By: Click16

Post by Click16 »

Hello all, This application is my 13th version of FTP Pro. This one has a better GUI then the 2.0 release of the app.

The 12th version of the app was kinda a small variant of of 2.0 so i decided to not release it.

Here are the features added and removed:

Web Browser: Removed
Quick Connect: Stays
Sidebar: Removed
About :Removed
Installer: Removed
A better data removal system: Added
Supports up to 6 connections: 2 connections added
This was made from scratch. (Not an edited version of an older version)

Edit:
I May edit this version but not post a new topic. Please check this topic on a regular basis if you are interested in changes from the older GUI and how the application works. Feel free to post whatever you may want added and I just might add what you want.

Version 2.2 (Current)

Help Section

1. How to add your xbox.

Step 1. Start my application and go to Edit > Options.
Step 2. Under the 'Xbox Configurations' tab, type your xbox info into the text boxes. (Your xbox has unique settings that include: Xbox IP Address, User name (For access), Password (For access), and different directories and folder names that is yours to know.
Step 3. Once your done entering your correct information into the text boxes and combo boxes, select an empty connection slot. (Supports up to 6 different Connections) and press the 'Save' button. then press 'OK'
Step 4. Go to the top and select Connect To and select your xbox. (Your Halo 2 folder name becomes your connection name, so click the correct one.)

2. How to add computer directories.

Step 1. Start my application and go to Edit > Options.
Step 2. Under the 'Computer Configurations' tab, press the '...' button next to the location you want to add. (For example: Modded Maps Directory, right of the text box next to the location you want to configure, find your location and press OK.)
Step 3. Press the 'Save' button. Then press 'OK'

3. How to delete messed up configurations.

Step 1. Start my application and go to Edit > Delete Saved Data.
Step 2. Find what you want to delete and just click it. As easy as that...

Again, if you need help on something, post a comment on what you want help with and i will get to you ASAP.

FTP Bookmarks wouldn't be a bad thing to add. I need to know how to keep the FTP browser to stay in the window (If you access a different folder in the FTP browser, it will open another windows explorer window. i do not now how to fix)
