Excalibur Beta

Post by OwnZ joO »

Well its definitely not perfect, but I think it's in good enough condition to start working out the bugs, so I'm releasing a beta of my meta editor that I've been working on. I will explain the plugin system later when I have time, so for now just use the plugins it has, most of them should be working as far as I know with minimal testing. Performance is sometimes goofy, but I plan to fix it up more obviously. So help me out if you feel like it, but I would back up your map in case anything goofy happens as this is a beta. UI is also not even worked on really, only did enough for it to show everything, so that will be updated once I find more bugs.

OK?? And... Does it really matter what word you use? I just need some help finding bugs, because I'm to the point that it will take more time for me to find and work out the bugs than just releasing it and getting feedback. Also, thanks for the plugins xzodia, I will put you in the about eventually, that just wasn't a priority yet.

He said UI wasn't done, besides i really don't give a shit about the ui as long as it works fine, i don't need "glass bars" style vista on a modding app >_>

Working comes before performance, then I'll deal with performance and UI at the same time.
I know I need to add option for viewing floats also, I realized that when I put in the options for viewing, but didn't wanna go back and add it.

Yeah, I don't know why it errors now, I had it working but then made some last minute changes before releasing it to add in viewing options.
