Just as the title says, this application converts standard image coordinates into Halo 2 HUD coordinates, based on the labeled anchors. It's probably the most simple application ever written for Halo 2

How does it work?
It's basically a calculator that adds a certain integer to each X and Y coordinate based on the checked radiobutton. Simple, really
