Re: The Official Happiness Thread
Merry late Christmas and early new year haha. I proposed today, and at first she said she needed to think about it - but then she said yes! To keep my intentions pure I've been thinking about the whole grandiose thoughts that come with marriage, my wants in life, weaknesses, needs, asking myself difficult questions, etc. For a while now and pretty heavily the past month, especially because I'm on break for another week (I started a week and a half ago) I've had a lot of time to myself - with me finding myself deeply thinking oftentimes this week because of recent personal and family issues, so I've had time to really think about my relationship with this girl; I came to the conclusion after first seriously considering it a month ago, that the girl I first started talking to almost 4 years ago, who was my best friend then girlfriend, then ex and stranger, then a Facebook photo to a friend after trying to reconnect three times, and after reconnecting the last month I know there's no one in hell I would dare say anything that serious towards, and that there's no one I'd rather share so much of my life with. I've been talking to her a lot about life as well as I needed to be sure she in the right mental state about these things too. It's been a very interesting month.

I haven't seen the film yet, I plan on seeing it soon. I hear mixed things about it. One of my close friends told me it was good, but wasn't anything special.

This story just fuels my hopeless romanticism considering I broke up with my gf two months ago and feel like this is a similar situation. Except it hasn't been 4 years. Congratulations and good luck!Thrasher Alpha wrote:Merry late Christmas and early new year haha. I proposed today, and at first she said she needed to think about it - but then she said yes! It was a spiritual experience man. If you like Star Wars, you should greatly appreciate a quality reboot. This is a spectacular movie that gave me chills at least twenty times (sincerely) and made me tear up at least 3 times.Click16 wrote:I haven't seen the film yet, I plan on seeing it soon. My friend tends to be over critical, but yeah I'm really hyped to see it.DoorM4n wrote:It was a spiritual experience man. If you like Star Wars, you should greatly appreciate a quality reboot. Missing the old school joys of gaming. I find I just don't get into games the same as I used to anymore.
Since this IS the happiness thread though, I'm glad to hear that your unscathed Xzodia !

Halo 5 Forge coming the Windows 10!
Halo 5 forge coming to PC? E3 2016 unveil?
Will they finally fix Halo MCC?
Halo MCC coming to PC?
Is there a limit on how many questions I can pose in one post?
